Doulas H.E.A.L Toolkit
In celebration of Black Maternal Health Week 2022, we are releasing a tool to support the various and multifactorial efforts across disciplines to impact the devastation on our community of maternal and infant health disparities. Be sure your agency’s efforts count for every mother!
The Doulas H.E.A.L (Health Equity Assessment Logic) is a tool intended to be used by maternal and infant care professionals and organizations such as birth workers, perinatal educators and lactation consultants to analyze their efforts to address maternal infant health disparities. It is a five question survey, outlining key components to support a thorough review of services, practices and aims.
